Day 2 Evelyn woke up in Utah and we had to get creative in our diaper changing techniques. After getting some gas and stretching our legs a bit we got back in the car.
A few hours later we hit the Salt Flats. I had heard of but never seen this phenomenon, it was pretty odd. Obviously we had to stop and check it out.
We even let Evelyn taste a litte. As you can see she wasn't a huge fan.
It was a fun little pit stop but we still had a few hours to go so, as much as we didn't want to, we hopped back in the car.
FINALLY!!! WE MADE IT!!!
We were so proud of ourselves and Evelyn, 13 hours in car is not easy. We were supper excited to reach our destination! We had an awesome room that even had a crib for Evelyn, it was perfect!
We settled in and Evelyn got to swing a little before dinner.
After Dinner all the adults + Evelyn went for a little walk. Evelyn head started bobbing about 10 mins. into it and by the end she was OUT. We were all pretty exhausted.

It looks like you guys had a blast. My favorite picture is the one when Evelyn is touching her name in the salt! She is such a cutie.
