Swimming

It's April and we are already having temperatures hit the hundreds, is Fresno Amazing! What would you do if it hit a hundred in April?......SWIM Duh! So, that is exactly what Evelyn and I did.

And Evelyn did it with style.

We had a lot of fun. We played with bubbles, danced, and did a lot of splashing. Then Evelyn decided we needed some toys in the pool... A full sized towel... A hat.... Some ripped up paper... and all of the bubble making tools, including the bottle.

Aunt A.J.

David had a poison oak rash that got out of hand so I went with him to urgent care. Meanwhile, A.J. and Evelyn hung out together.

One Month

Leonard is about 10lbs now.
He is growing so much faster than I am used to.
He has already rolled over from front to back on 5 separate occasions.
He is very alert and observant.
He could definitely sleep better.
He still has no hair but I doubt he will get the typical baby bald spot on the back of his head because he won't let me put him down.
He loves the baby bjorn.
He is a perfect addition to our family and we are enjoying most minutes.

Cement Slide Park

David took us to a park where he used to hangout as a teenager, a park that was most definitely built before lawsuits and safety regulations, a park with a cement slide.

This slide was huge and most definitely dangerous therefore it was a whole lot of fun!

We spent the afternoon playing in the sand....

...hanging out with Aunt Julie...

...climbing and swing.



Leonard pretty much just slept and ate.

Oh, and don't forget the slide.

We had a great time. We may make this park a regular part of our visits to the Bay area.
